Because our items are released in limited pre-made drops, please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final — Pre-Made Drops

All sales are final once an order is placed.
Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after an order has been processed or shipped.

This policy helps maintain fairness and ensures availability for customers during limited drops.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vermentyield@gmail.com.

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, vermentyield is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
